How long does it take to process my order?
Once we receive your order, it takes 7-8 days for us to process your order and prepare for shipping. We will notify you once your order has been sent off for delivery.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Depending on your location, it will take 2-3 days if you live in the contingent US. If you live outside of the contingent US your delivery time may vary. We do ship internationally. Rates are available at checkout.
How do I return my order?
If you received the wrong garment or the wrong size you can send it back, you are responsible for shipping, for an exchange at no additional cost. We do not give refunds for lightly used or worn garments. If your garment is returned with damage we will notify you of your refund options. Otherwise if you are returning unworn garments you will be provided a full refund, excluding shipping, or store credit towards your next purchase.
Do you accept artist submissions?
Yes. If you’re interested in collaborating with Anime Hoodie Supply, email us at email@example.com. Include ARTIST SUBMISSION in the subject, with 3 sample designs and a description of your art style.

What are hoodies like?
Our unisex 100% Cotton Anime Hoodie found here, is the softest hoodie you’ll own. We’ve searched near and far for premium cotton garments to print our favorite anime characters on.
How should I wash and dry my hoodie?
To keep your Anime Hoodie top notch, we suggest washing it inside-out with like colors. For example, wash white hoodies with other white garments or garments that have light colors. Avoid washing your hoodie with jeans or dark new clothes, such as black tees or dark blue tees. You’ll also want to make sure you don’t have garments in the wash that are not the same color as your hoodie. This may cause the discoloring of your hoodie in the wash. You’ll also want to wash your Anime Hoodie with cold water or on a cold/cold cycle. This will ensure your print stays as sharp as it did on day one. We strongly suggest you air dry your Anime Hoodie.
I placed an order. Why have I not received a tracking code yet?
This is normal - don't worry! Every order placed on our store is custom made in-house. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 7 to 8 days for us to complete your order. Once your hoodie(s) have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email.
I entered the wrong shipping address on accident. What should I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us via email at email@example.com.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org first to confirm the appropriate action to take.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us (email: email@example.com) for instruction on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

My order never arrived. What should I do?
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't worry! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, contact us via email at email@example.com and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.
I received a defective shirt.
